God created seed to be sown and not stored in a bag somewhere. He is looking for people who are ready to sow seeds. He will get seed to those who are willing to sow the seed that comes into their hands. If you are eating your seed instead of sowing it how will you reap a harvest? No seed sown, no harvest reaped. God wants us blessed so that we can be a blessing. You cannot give what you do not have. God does not want us to receive His blessings only to declare that we are blessed but so that we can give what we have. Accomplishing great things for God requires becoming a big giver. Moving from "need" conscious to "seed" conscious. God has already given us all that we need to accomplish what He has called us to do. We need to see and appreciate the things that He has given us. When we are faced with a need we should look for the seed that the Lord wants us to sow. He gives seed to the sower. When Jesus and the disciples needed to feed the multitudes they found the seed (loaves and fish) that was sown and it multiplied. The fruit from a few loaves and a few fish fed thousands. God designed the seed to exceed the need.
